The De Bilt municipality is made up of six villages: De Bilt, Bilthoven, Groenekan, Maartensdijk, Hollandsche Rading and Westbroek. That makes for a varied working area. In a neighbourhood like De Leijen we mainly come across through-lounge homes, bungalows and 1970s architecture, while around the renovated Bilthoven station, with the rail tunnel and the new-build at the Spoorzone and Schapenweide, there are more apartments and stacked homes.
