Moving in Barneveld and the surrounding villages
Barneveld sits in the middle of the Gelderse Vallei and is the largest hub of a sprawling municipality that also takes in villages such as Voorthuizen, Kootwijkerbroek, Garderen, Terschuur and Stroe. The place combines a friendly, village-like character with strong growth. On the north side, the new-build district Bloemendal has been rising along the Nijkerkerweg for a few years now, where around 1,500 homes will be added by 2030.
